DesignIn, Inc. d/b/a Snaptiva is the organization that provides the www.Snaptiva.com website and the Snaptiva mobile applications (the "Site"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. This Privacy Policy is applicable to this Site.
General
You can visit our Site and download the mobile applications without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, if you want to use certain services provided by the Site, we will need you to share with us certain personal information about yourself. The personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, Facebook credentials, first and last name, street address, e-mail address, e-mail address received from Facebook or other third party login tools. telephone number, and birthdate. We may also collect other personal information that will be identified on the applicable page(s) of the Site. Information Automatically Collected. Aggregated Demographic Information. We may share aggregated demographic information with third parties, but this information is not linked to any personal information that can identify you or another individual person. Therefore, no personal information is disclosed in this manner.
Business Transfers. As time passes, Snaptiva may be sold along with its assets, or other transactions may occur in which customer information is one of the business assets transferred. In such a case, the customer information which we have gathered may be one of the business assets we transfer.
Disclosure for Legal Purposes. The law requires that we may be required to share your personal information and non-personal information (see discussion of "cookies" above for examples of non-personal information) pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants or orders. If we are required to do so, we will, of course, obey the law. How To Review Your Personal Information
If you want to review or revise the personal information you provided during registration on the Site, you can review and edit your information from the My Profile section of the site or by choosing your profile from the mobile application. The My Profile link is available from the navigation bar at the top of the page while you are logged in. In the mobile application the Profile link is available from the menu in the upper right. If you want to close your account with us and have us delete the personal information in it (except for information that we keep for record-keeping purposes), you should contact info@Snaptiva.com.

Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third party websites. Notice to Vermont, North Dakota, And California Residents
We will not disclose information about you with affiliates or non-affiliated, third party companies or financial institutions, other than as required or permitted by law, without your express permission.
